Dubai real estate website developer

A real-estate website lives or dies on two things: how fast a buyer finds the right property, and how easily they enquire. I build Dubai real-estate sites and platforms designed around both, including interactive property maps and lead capture wired to the agency's CRM.

Real work

For F&C Properties in Dubai I built three connected pieces: the main property website (fandcproperties.ae), an interactive property map where buyers explore, compare, and shortlist listings (map.fandcproperties.ae), and the internal iCRM that manages the leads they generate.

The website runs on Nuxt 3 (Vue 3, server-rendered) and is bilingual English and Arabic with full right-to-left support. It's structured the way Dubai buyers actually search: separate sections for apartments for sale and for rent, penthouses, off-plan projects, developers, and area guides, each with its own detail pages, alongside buying, selling, renting, and off-plan guides. Google Maps is built in, and every enquiry form feeds the iCRM directly, so a lead captured on the site lands in the CRM the agents work from.
