Real estate CRM development

Off-the-shelf CRMs rarely fit how a property agency actually works. A custom real-estate CRM models your pipeline, your agent roles, and your listings, and updates in real time so leads don't go cold.

What matters in a property CRM

  • A lead pipeline that matches how agents actually work
  • Real-time updates so new leads surface instantly
  • Agent assignment and role-based access
  • Multilingual support for international buyers

Built for F&C Properties

The iCRM I built for F&C Properties handles their leads end to end, with real-time updates and multilingual support.

The iCRM I built for F&C Properties is a full real-estate CRM: lead management for off-plan and secondary deals, property and landlord records, call and WhatsApp history, an email inbox, calendars and tasks, plus HR, finance, and reporting, all behind role-based access. It's built in React, TypeScript, and Vite with Socket.IO real-time notifications and i18next multilingual support (English, Arabic, and Russian), spanning 17 API modules across 23 operational sections.

A few details push it past a basic CRM: reporting dashboards charted with Highcharts and Chart.js, one-click export of records to PDF and Excel, and drag-and-drop pipeline boards, all kept live for every agent through Socket.IO.
